How We Started

Sweet Sunrise Bakery began in 2010 when our head baker, Maria, decided to turn her lifelong passion for baking into a neighborhood staple. What started as a small cart selling croissants at the local farmer's market quickly blossomed into a full-scale bakery, thanks to the overwhelming support of our community.

We believe that baking is a labor of love. We wake up before the sun to ensure that when our doors open, the aroma of freshly baked bread welcomes you.

Commitment to Quality

We never compromise on our ingredients. Our flour is milled organically from local farms, our butter is imported from Europe for that perfect flaky texture, and our fruits are sourced strictly in-season from regional growers.

There are no shortcuts in our kitchen. We rely on traditional, time-honored techniques—like long cold-fermentation for our sourdoughs—to develop rich, complex flavors that you just can't get from commercial bakeries.
